15th December;
Today is INTERNATIONAL TEA DAY...
( Can’t find a card anywhere).

Is there a day for absolutely everything now?

I know that the Polish have a name day, it’s like a second Birthday.
( Personally, I Wouldn’t mind adopting that one)

Yes. It's like Rule 47, but for selling greetings cards.

No doubt this is promoted by a tea producer.

Every company wants to replicate the commercial success of Valentine's Day, Christmas and Halloween by introducing their own unofficial holiday and if you call it "international" then you pretend to have some legitimacy without a national government being able to say "no".

It's one of those things that you either ignore or just take the piss out of because no one in their right mind will take it seriously.

There's a "day" for pretty much anything you can think of
https://www.un.org/en/observances/list-days-weeks
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_minor_secula...

I think most are made up for commercial / social media nonsense

But my favourite is International Talk Like a Pirate Day (19th sept 2022)
