M4 DTM Champion Edition - a suitable charger?

I'm hoping that someone can confirm whether or not I have a lithium battery in my car? I've checked the manual which was pretty darn vague at best. If it is lithium then I'm a little surprised it wasn't supplied with a specific charger from new (my GT8 was for example). I admit I was about to connect my CTEK MXS10 but thought I should check with Google first which seems to suggest it does?

I put the VIN from the DTM edition that was sold on CC into realoem .com and the site seems to agree that it’s Li-ion.
