C type Jag front wheel arch detail

Can anyone help me with getting some images of the front inner wheel arch detail for an original looking C type jag replica. I am making up the inner aluminium panel that sits at the back of the wheel and it clearly returns to cover some of the tubular chassis...but I cant find anything that shows me how it should look under here. I have attached images of my car that shows a card template at the that rear of wheel position, but so far I have not started the template for the main bit that covers the chassis.

Heres another one for you...an image of the inner construction that the door hinges hang off...I imagine there must be a strengthening plate or something that I am going to have to make.

When CKL built Tony's (Lowdrag) they wheeled an original in to the workshop so they could compare things.

You might want to find the long running thread on here about that build project there were lots of good photos.
