The Showroom is where firs garage was in Hook Norton. Was a very nice Ferrari super fast there on Sunday

Also rumours he is looking at another pub in one of the villages. But sadly that pub hasn't been open for many many years and the owner hasn't sold it or wont sell it.

Yep… the firs garage where i bought all my recent mitsubishis is now trashed ready for a supercar garage… all ready for a heli-pad and theres a huge great big house going in a nearby field. He’s basically bought the farm and garage of the firs owner.

Living in Hooky (Hook Norton… old hooky, gold, twelve days fame) it will be a bit different to L200’s pilling out the place but with Mitsubishi pulling out of the UK its not surprising… they did shift loads of Shoguns and L200’s.

Curious as to the local pub????

Have to say, since Beckham moved in over the road and Clarksons farm on the doorstep… the number of Multi-million pound houses going up within a mile or two is incredible… Milcombe to Hooky is now millionaires row!!!

And the Greedy Goose…. Closed a few months ago and is now being refurbed…. That’ll easily turn into another Cafe & machine. Prime road on a junction between Chippy, Kingham, Stow and Moreton!!!

Oh…. And Hook Norton is not technically in the Cotswolds…. They start at the top of a hill 1/2 a mile a way

One thing why its a bit of a ste location for a super car dealer is the roads its on are awful the road that runs past it from Rollright to Banbury has been falling apart for years. Seen many a car smash in to some of the giant potholes and the road towards Sibford is even worse and very narrow.

Also the roads are always so muddy. So will be a few jobs going for car cleaners !

House over the road is not part of it… the farm up the road is. The barn in the house over the road has a plane in it and there is a landing strip rather than a heli-pad…

Location is great….. Millions have been spent on massive houses all over the place!!!! Some serious money has moved into Hooky and the area… even if it isn’t quite the Cotswolds. Even the Brewery state Cotswold Hills because they can’t say They’re in the Cotswolds ( the water for the beer does come from the Cotswolds )
