Posted a similar thread last December, so thought I'd go again this year.

What are your aims for 2022?
Here are mine:

Lose weight (same as 2021, but keep it off this time)
Walk more (around 350 miles in 2021, mostly local)
Climb some hills (managed zero in 2021)
Enjoy time with my newborn daughter during paternity leave.
Combine our 2 cars into 1 decent one.
Hopefully get a new job after paternity leave.

Get my health back on track.

That will allow me to..
Get back out on the bike
Get back to lifting weights, and back into shape

All of the above will...
Help restore my mental health, enabling me to push all aspects of my life forward.
Give me the confidence to put myself back out on the dating scene.

I'd also like a nice little project car!

Try and move forward after a pretty tough last 2 years. Start new job on the 4th got a few jobs for the house lined up which will get it there pretty much all done inside anyway.
Outside of that just and try and be motivated to do something outside of work to get my motivation back up as I've been a bit low on that recently. Hopefully the new job with boost my push to move forward.

Apart from that just enjoy life.

Stay healthy, make a return to bicycle races, getting a puppy in the new year so that should be a decent challenge to start the year.

Pretty much the above with a few caveats:
- Lose more weight: resume Muay Thai classes that I started in May
- Holidays: fortunately, my Little Man has been abroad a fair few times. We are not travelling outside the UK this year - quite a few expenses
- Patient and understanding: need to be more present with my Little Man. He is becoming interested in "doing Science" (he is 5 1/2), and I want to spark his curiosity and interest
