E91 LCI tyre pressure monitor problem.

My sons 2010 E91 which has idrive has started showing the red tyre pressure fault on the dash and he can’t clear it! When he goes into the idrive to reset the pressures the initialise is there but faint and can’t be selected.
The fault code is which can’t be cleared. Anybody got any idea what’s wrong?

What’s the battery voltage? It’s showing battery voltage implausibility errors so start here. Modern(ish) cars do odd things when the battery is low.

The battery voltage was fine. We tried clearing the code with the engine running but it just won’t clear.
