Page 36 of todays Telegraph.

An investment group controlled by the Abu Dhabi government yesterday paid £79 million for a 5% stake in Ferrari, valuing the Italian sports car maker at 2.8 billion Euros.

Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Development aquired the stake from Italian investment bank Mediobanca, which said the sale was part of the agenda of gradually selling off its Ferrari holdings.

Luca Di Montezemolo said ' this is the first time that we have welcomed a non-financial institution to become a ferrari shareholder'.
