Buying former company cars DIRECT from lease companies?

In the past I have looked at buying company cars from my employer at the end of the lease (my car or others I know of that are coming to an end). Usually good value and well looked after (not pool cars).

Wondering if any of the lease providers offer such cars direct to public, not interested in going via auction houses due to fees.
