Salary Sacrifice Purchase

Has anyone used salary sacrifice to purchase rather than lease EV? I am looking to try and get this set up for my company (I asked and they said if I could get details sure) for this. Most of the information online is for leasing but we have several folks who have been self-employed and have purchased rather than leased which has some useful attractions.

I can get wording into the contract that should we leave the car will be transferred to the employee so the company is not left holding the baby but wondered if anyone had a program like this setup whose brain I could tap, I am sure someone posted about doing this but the search is not helping me right now to find them.
