Panettone bread and butter pudding recipes

Anyone got recipe suggestions to convert a panettone into a bread and butter pudding?

Thanks, we ended up using something similar but with added marmalade which helped:-

a) offset the overall sweetness.
b) use up some marmalade that had been lurking in the cupboard for years.
