Good afternoon everyone

I am considering two tone leather, black dash with crayon. Does anyone have this combination and if so, your thoughts on how easy it is to keep the crayon leather clean would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Not sure which model Porsche you’re referring to? I’ve a Cayenne Coupe bought & spec’d by myself last year, and to uplift the interior went two tone with crayon seat centres and black everywhere else plus carbon pack.
Did the job and no issues or regrets. I’m a jeans wearer and no detriment to the colour

I have crayon interior in my GT3 Touring. Too early to report on any mis colourings (jeans etc). It does lighten up the cabin and is a nice change from the all black interior. I have also fitted some covers (EdGuards) on the edges of the 918 Spyder seats for protection.

Does this help? 718 Cayman.

I’ve got this in my Taycan. It really looks fab. The 2 issues are that a little care needs to be taken to climb over the side bolster rather than crash across it. A couple of small imperfections from this have gone away by rubbing some leather feed into it.
Also the perforated leather seat centre is lifting up a little from the padding. This obviously isn’t specific to the colour choice, but is a noteworthy lack of quality and despite it being my 50Kg wife’s car.

I have this combo in my Taycan and I love it. I've had it since March and I mostly wear jeans. I did notice some discolouration starting to happen but it was swiftly removed with some leather cleaner. You'll need to keep on top of it more than you would with black but it's worth it as it really lifts the interior.

I had agate grey / pebble grey in my 981 Cayman S. It did need a bit more upkeep than black and we used seat covers when wearing jeans but it made the interior look great.

I have just ordered a Cayman GTS 4.0 with a provisional spec including crayon / black combo that you mentioned, mainly because I prefer the lighter interior but also it's significantly cheaper than the GTS interior which surely should be standard on a GTS? I've also chosen Aventurine Green, as the photo of the 718 Cayman although still could be persuaded towards Agate Grey, the same as my previous Cayman and my current Macan and 981 Spyder.

That's very useful for me too. Planning on a Boxster GTS in either aventurine green or silver and also like the crayon interior.
