I have an ever-growing number of intelligent/smart devices attached to my home system. I would like to be able to gather views of the devices together on one screen as a sort of dashboard/portal and guess there are products out there to do that sort of thing. At the moment the list of devices is 4 x IP CCTV cameras, 2 x solar PV inverters (Solis), 1 x BEV charger (Hypervolt), assorted smart sockets, smart plugs and temperature/humidity sensors.
Can anyone recommend such a product a) for Windows, b) for Android ? As cheap and easy to configure as possible, of course.

The first issue you are going to have is if any of these products provide an API to pull the data. Most offer Alexa skills etc to interface via those devices, but the APIs behind that might not be public.
You might be able to find some info by capturing the network traffic from the apps, but I suspect the data will be encrypted.
Also worth a Google to see if others have worked it out. I know some people have cracked the encryption on TP Link devices and there is code available for that. But being unsupported they could change something at any time and break it

There are a number of raspberry pi (and no doubt other platforms) that offer such projects e.g. https://cloud4rpi.io/

I don't know of anything that's particularly simple (it's not, but it's certainly not rocket science either) but something like Home Assistant would be where I'd start.
Once you have a the actual HA system up and running (on a Pi or any number of other things such as Docker, various SBCs and even old laptops etc.) you can then view it via a dashboard in Windows, Android, IOS, OSX etc. etc.

It's all a bit Wild West in this world IMO, without a lot of work/tech knowhow.
Your best bet is if all your devices are compatible with one of the "off the shelf" products that look to harmonise this sort of stuff....Google Home, Apple Homekit, Samsung Smarthings, maybe Tuya SmartLife or similar.
First Google link for a list of alternatives to these gives:

Not sure how good any of these are...the more esoteric they get, the less likely it will be to get any off the shelf integration.

Home Assistant was the first thing that came to mind for me too. The dashboard in Home Assistant is called Lovelace, so if you google "home assistant lovelace examples" and look at the image results you might get some inspiration for the sort of thing you are after.[...]

If you are using devices from different manufacturers as suggested the likes of Home assistant or Openhab are going to be the best solution they will allow you to create automations to allow these devices to interact with each other as well. The biggest issue with these systems is the learning curve involved.
I prefer Openhab to Home assistant and run a lot of automation in my setup
