Chaps, looking to become a 'Putonian' in the near future (albeit renting, so a bit of an imposter), just put down an offer on a nice little place through F:censored:stons - who are kindly offering to empty my account of their enormous fees.

Anyone live round those parts i/e good as it looks, bad, ugly?

Cheers,

craigw

Bars, beers, cigars and drunk posh ladies* in easy reach...suddenly I don't feel quite so bad about being pushed way over budget

*remembering a previous brief stint in SW10, must get round to setting-up my own trust fund beforehand..

'lived in putters for about 8 years now - top place - a few scrotes around but not too bad.

half moon on lower richmond road is a nice boozer plus has bands on every night (except sunday i think).
loads of other good bars which range in price from ok to stupid - current favourites of ours include the idle hour, boathouse and jolly gardner.
must recommended hudson's restaurant on LRR which is cheap and very good (no i don't own it - wish i did!)

hope you enjoy sw15...!

Lived in Putney for five years - its a good place. I'd also recommend the Duke's Head on the Lower Richmond Road.
