Anyone know anything about them?
In the last year, have received an increasing number of letters from them pursuing non-existent debts.
A few weeks ago they issued court papers for a private parking ticket that had already been waived. A couple of days before Christmas for a British Gas bill from 6 years ago, which was never due for payment.
I assume they work on the basis that if they pursue 100 non-existent debts that a small percentage will just pay up. Is this their business model?

Perhaps you're right. We get LOTS of debt recovery letters in our line of work, and ignoring them has always been effective. But with the recent parking ticket they issued proceedings with a different ticket number and once it is in the court we can't ignore it, despite their claim being ultimately futile.Worth doing something about it, "Prove It" letters, etc. just in case they take it further without you knowing

I successfully defended a parking claim in the small claims court against them & my 6 year old would have had more legal nous than the idiot they sent.
He relied on trying to corner me in the court waiting area to offer me varying levels of discount on the invoice. That's their business model

We had a letter from them the other day chasing 25 days of energy usage for our old place - start date was the day after we left so absolutely none of our concern.
I was going to tell them to F Off but then they’ll know it reached us. I presume it was sent to the address in question also.
Got stacks of evidence that we didn’t live there so if they pursue it i can shut it down.
