Smelly Car Bomb
Discussion
I'm sure I saw a kind of car "bug bomb" fumigator thingy a while back, where you light it, leaving pumping out nice smelling smoke for a bit, then throw it away. I know the bug ones exist for the home but have I imagined the existence of something similar but sweet-smelling for stinky cars?
Edited to add: I've found the aerosol ones, but I'm sure there used to be an old school smoke one. Maybe not H+S compliant anymore!

I work for a car air conditioning company and we can supply various different ones. Most are an aerosol that you let off in the footwell with the AC on recirc and it sanitises the car and AC system.

Alternatively there are machine based devices that are more suitable for garages doing it as part of an AC service which use a machine and bottles of solution to do it.

Any of the products in the pictures above are available from your local ecp branch.

Autosmart, the supplies people for many valeters and garages sell a big commercial fogging machine that is use to destink cars.
The bombs are a temporary solution, look on Facebook for people who offer wet vacuum of seats and carpets for £30-£50. Best time to do it is in the summer so the car can fully dry out the same day.
Or the other alternative is to look at ozone generators on Amazon/eBay.
