BMW Mini Mirrors??

Hi Does anyone know if the new mini mirrors will fit without to much hassle onto my Chim, been told it isnt a hard job, yep i have the priblem of the orig mirrors falling off, any other advice or sugestions would be welcome, Thanx Jez

Double sided adhesive tape make sure surfaces are clear and flat take old adhesive off best done when warm -need a hairdyer given this summer-make sure you line it up correctly should stick well did mine 3 yrs ago no problems since.

What I should have expected from an expensive "kit-car" I suppose.

Still I'd rather have mirrors flying off at speed than bonnets.

My Chim bonnet lifted at 150 as it bowed up enough for the catch to pop out.


Does anyone know how to dye tan leather back to the original magnolia?

I thought you may be having trouble with the glass falling out! hence the offer of the tape.

No sorry its the actual metal bit that goes into the bodywork that has snaped, its so thin the garage are sratching thier heads
