Cerb failed MOT on handbrake (surprise), number plates (spacing not legal ummmm!) and no washer fluid!!!
Went in for 12k service and now car fails MOT on exhaust emissions. Won't accelerate properly goes, then flat, goes, then flat, up the rev range, keeps flooding (have to disconnect the fuel line regulator otherwise won't ever start), won't idle properly and pops and bangs like a flamin firework. Car really getting on my T**s and have no idea what the feck is going on. Apparently the computer says all is dandy.
As far as I'm concerned its running like a bag of shi*e.
Any ideas ???

Take it back and ask them, to unservice it? 
Seems that something's gone wrong and it might be as simple as a sensor wire knocked off. In any case since it's obviously developed a severe problem while it was in their care I'd expect them to go out of their way to find out what the problem is. May not be their fault, but I think they have to proceed on the assumption that it might be.

I'm sorry, but if you take it to an MOT station that will fail you on no washer fluid, you kinda deserve an MOT failure. 
My mot station often has to wait for me to change bulbs (if they go on the journey etc), Has even waited while I've adjusted the handbrake, and found the wire that makes the horn go. Not all on the same occasion.
I have a gas tester at home which I callibrate using their machine each year, and it stays surprisingly accurate. I have also tested quite a lot of Cerbs. I have not yet found a single Cerb that could pass the emissions test at the prescribed revs. Most don't even come close. I think I have tested 20-30 cars now.
So unless you find a friendly MOT station or at least one who is being friendly even if you don't know it. (usually the ones where no pass is no fee
) you are on a hiding to nothing.
This isn't to say you ignore your running problems thought because obviously thats more important than the MOT certificate.
