Almost certainly. Try youtube-dl. It can save videos from most sites

Thanks, but it doesn't seem very user friendly. I downloaded it and nothing much happened. Got a DOS screen and then it vanished. Have I broken my computer?

I’m not a windows user and am comfortable with the command line. Sound like a GUI might be more your speed. I’ve not used this but you could try: https://mrs0m30n3.github.io/youtube-dl-gui/
