Last week I had a Tudor Black Bay Bronze Bucherer delivered from a reputable high street department store (late Xmas present to myself)

This weekend whilst going through the paperwork I realised that there was no Chronometer Certification included within the box.... the watch is brand new, so I would of expected a cert - is this right or wrong.

I have this morning sent an email requesting the Certification..... I have sent them serial number of watch to help..., if no certification can be found for the watch can I stand my ground and ask for a replacement with all the relevant paperwork ?

I'll wait for the store to come back to me, and gracefully accept their explanation smile thank you

Great choice of watch; the bronze just gets better and better with wear. Due to the particular bronze alloy used, the patination on these is pretty slow to appear but easy to live with when it does (no verdigris on mine, which was one of the original release, just a subtle and very pleasant darkening).

Enjoy yes
