So I wondered what the best course Of action would be when I have an ex wife is consistencies me of stalking her at a local NHS hospital following are into work on a number of occasions which is completely false.
Do you think it would be worth making a formal complaint to the NHS trust she works for because with security and CCTV easy to check if days occasions that she is alleging I’ve done to be clear she has done this virus solicitor in response to a letter my solicitor sent and has made new formal complaint to the hospital or police.
She is also make this allegation at social services me a I have asked for the dates so I can have them investigated that she will not provide dates but she said on several occasions and solicitor I followed her into work.
This is someone is training to be a NHS nurse so I don’t think necessarily she is fit to be one if she’s going to use employers to make such wild allegations.
These are generally deflect from the basis that she is not doing well with our children and she is not abiding by the court order that we have in place.

Reply back, via her Solicitor, and simply deny the claims. Ask for proof.
The police will investigate no doubt.
You could look at your google/apple timeline and see if you've gone anywhere near your ex's place of work. If the police come and talk to you, you can show them that.

I have two second school children on 60% attendance, one living with me and one with her.
She keeps saying she will do mediation but she has told me via solicitor twice and in a school meeting for the last 6 months.
School want me to take her to court again.
I don’t see one daughter as she lets her hang on street corners till 9pm,
Her life now revolves around her second bf in two years.
It’s just very hard, if I email her now she says send this through your solicitor. But I get back your stalking me!

Try not to let it worry you. Ultimately, if it were to get anywhere near that, the onus is on the prosecution to prove you were in the locations. In modern times with phones and other digital media that's incredibly easy to prove or negate. Even more so when it's at a hospital which will be plastered with CCTV.
Liars tend to trip themselves up at some point.. Just make records of where you were & proof when she claims you were stalking her. Also, keep all contact to an absolute minimum, and when texting/emailing, as fewer words as possible. Don’t get into emotional arguments, give her nothing she can spin and throw back at you. Just make sure you cover your arse with every decision that involves the ex.

Does she want maintenance? Or feel she's not getting enough money from you perhaps? I'd contact her a lot less and see if the legal route can help you. I'd certainly try to avoid dancing to her tune.
No I pay her Maintenance and she seems to have plenty of cash, form benefits part time work and her mum.It’s because she keeps breaching the current child arrangement order and both our secondary age have attendance issues at school. My eldest has been assaulted by her and now pushed out by the second bf in 3 years who was in the house after a few weeks of the last one leaving her.
I have also asked to meet the bf as he is taking my kids off on his own and living with her.
My solicitor wrote to her as at the school meeting with social etc she agreed to set up mediation and the school have been pushing it so my solicitor wrote to her and she came back with why she shouldn’t mediate but on the 10.12.21 she was arranging it. It was I am controlling and abusive and I constantly stalk her is including following her into work on several occasions.
Other things like she has once applied for a school place without discussion and doesn’t tell me things lie, she books after school clubs in my days and tells me like lunch time that day etc..
Found our my little one was at brownies and wasn’t told missed her promise etc but the new bf took her etc
One child doesn’t see me at all and I ask to see her and mums says she doesn’t want to
