Strange knee problem

OK so I am 39, tall, thin, have knobbly knees, and have a strange knee problem slowly develop in my left knee, it kind of feels like the leg is bending the wrong way, anyone experience this or know what it means or solution? Thanks in advance.

I am a specialist knee surgeon.
Please make an appointment with a skilled healthcare person. Physio/Surgeon/Etc
