Didn't meet required criteria, he should be forced to quit. It is one of the most difficult things I've had to do, to tell someone that they were not safe to drive. Everyone has a inbuilt excuses, I don't drive far, I feel safe, I need it for the wife, etc but they are obviously biased.

Someone's trying to get his licence back, it was suspended after a heart problem a while ago.

But he did meet all the required criteria. He's passed the health test, hasn't had a prang, what's the prob? He probably won't be much worse than every other small hatch driver on the road.

I suppose he's got to have a prang eventually. Like every 17 year old driver...
