Closed thread

I have made a general volcano tropic thread as there was lots of thread made on each volcano (iceland, La pama etc) https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&... that has been closed as there is a news thread only made today! This is supposed to be general thread topic and not a news topic chat. Can I get it unclosed or a to be closed that makes sense?

It was a new article and was posted in the Lounge, it was then moved to the NP&E forum where it belongs. As there was already a thread running in there about the same topic it was closed and linked to that thread, as would happen by routine.

All I can see is a link to underwater volcano posted today.

So the "moved thread" is still sitting in the Lounge index.

It shows your Forums page the LHS column will be Topic you've started and the moved thread is the middle one.

Well it appears that I was looking through the wrong end of the telescope! Appears that your thread was about Volcanos in general in that case I'll reopen and pop it into the Science forum.
