I used an ordinary microfiber cloth on my windscreen and although it made the windscreen clean of dirt, it has left thousands of tiny microfibers on the screen all glaring with sunlight, any ideas? I didn't think there were 'different' types to get to avoid this, I do recall seeing this problem on my own head glasses once before. Any recommendations on a cloth?

I generally stick with Terry towelling/tea towel sorts of cloths for the windscreen.
That, or a higher quality microfibre is needed.

Prefer using paper towels, or an old pure cotton bedsheet cut to suitable size rags.

Be careful how you wash them but proper glass MF are good and worth buying. I have a Megs one that has surprised me how good it is.
