I'm not seeing that but I'm on 97.0 Beta 2.
Have a look in the 'select columns to display tag' just above the scroll bar and check/uncheck down the list. 'Status' adds a 'Read' column to the right of the date in mine.
Cracked it, it was an add on Phoenity Icons causing it. I installed that as the folder icons on my newly installed r78 were horrible. Needed a css tweak to remove the icon.Have a look in the 'select columns to display tag' just above the scroll bar and check/uncheck down the list. Can I ask what the folder icons look like in r97?
The standard r78 one's are dreadful:
Phoenity Icons changes them to this:

They're the same as your standard ones. Thunderbird is a bit basic in that respect isn't it but I've been using it for decades so have become used to it.
Also been using it for many years.r68, the previous release I was using, had folder icons similar to the ones provided by the add-on.
Can't see why they changed them in r78.

I notice you're running 32-bit, as am I, but my Windows is 64-bit.
I can see that Thunderbird is available for 64-bit, anyone have 64-bit installed or does it actually install the same 32-bit regardless?
I only noticed I was running the 32bit edition after capturing that screenshot. I'd not previously noticed.I can see that Thunderbird is available for 64-bit, anyone have 64-bit installed or does it actually install the same 32-bit regardless?
There shouldn't be any difference between the 32 & 64 bit versions as far as I know.
