Most (if not all) ISAs will let you purchase individual shares within your ISA wrapper. The best option for you will depend on your requirements - for example:
- Freetrade/Trading 212 will you let you buy UK and US equities within an ISA with no per trade costs, but spreads will be bigger than with a 'normal' broker.
- Fidelity charges £10 per trade (buy or sell) with tighter spreads but will only allow you to buy UK equities at present.
Probably not super helpful but what are you requirements?

Really I'd just like to use my tax free allowance up and put some savings aside into US stocks taking a fairly longterm view. Im keen to make sure the platform doesn't rip me off and if its possible to be able to view my combined portfolio with my wife's allowance that'd be a bonus.

Barclays don't charge a fee, they now like imposing a tax.
The more successful you are with your investments, the more money they take from you.
They used to be sensible with their charges.
If you plan long-term, make sure that you chose a provider with capped fees. Annual around £40 is available.
