The accused has pled guilty. The only 'more' I can really imagine is that the enslaved person had serious health issues, and that wouldn't excuse anything that was done to them. Do you imagine something else?

I can only hope the judge takes into account how limited his "limited" knowledge of the conditions was likely to be. Not limited at all.
