No not the usual, leaky roof, leaky bulkhead, leaky lights, leaky windows, leaky number plate.
I've finally got around to fixing my gear linkage, I've jacked the car up and about a litre ran out the sill, so it's retaining water somewhere somehow there, but more peculiar is my boot lid, opened it, it felt quite heavy and then I heard he trickling of water through it, think it's at capacity, I have no idea how the hell it has got in, but how do I get it out? I can drill a hole, but I'd rather not,

Also, linkage ball, never again on a jack and stands, hands are cut to shreds, and I smashed my face with a long chisel even after I said *please don't fall on my face"

Try undoing one of the bolts on the gas strut bracket that is attached to the boot lid, and see if any water runs out.

What he says ^^^^
What goes in must come out. I would make sure the boot area and water channel is dry then go for a short drive with lots of tight corners and heavy braking/ acceleration zones wink and stop and look for signs of water. You might find if you can provoke water out that’s possibly also where it went in.

If water is being retained within the cill and not coming out until car is jacked up at an angle it suggests the cill is water tight so waters coming from somewhere else higher up. Where did the water run out from when you jacked it up. That might also be where it’s coming in.
Process of elimination.
We need an ex TVR employee who worked in the fibreglass shop who can point out any voids or areas that water can track from one place to another. Sounds silly but water only usually travels downhill unless forced in with air pressure so often your water entry point is higher than where it collects.
Are the arches an area water could breach via a small hole in the fibreglass then make its way into the cill for instance.
You would hope it’s getting in through a pin prick hole somewhere low down whilst being driven.
Has the car been left outside in the rain for sometime without use?
Or has the car been used in heavy rain conditions in the last weeks and months?
The answers to those questions might point towards the answer. More evidence is required for the collective to answer. He’s probably got an answer of Faceache by now thumbup
