Change your Facebook page name?

My neighbour has a 'business/charity' Facebook page and wants to change the name (she has her personal page too0. Despite my research I can't see how to do that. Can anyone assist?

Your out of luck - they wont let you. Its also impossible to speak to anyone at Facebook.

Best approach is to start a new page and just encourage the people who followed the old page to follow the new one.

Go to "Edit Page Info" in the settings toolbar and there you can choose to change the name and/or the username

Complete rubbish on both fronts.

They need to go the Facebook page.

On the left there is a toolbar with "Home" at the top. Tell them to scroll to bottom of that toolbar until they get to "Edit Page Info. Then they just need to click that and they can change the name of the page and the username.
