Hi,

Having done the brakes on my old van (16 merc Citan, aka a Kangoo2), I want to replace the bleed valves* as they've seen better days and I dont fancy trying to take them off next time round without shearing them. However, I'm struggling to find suppliers.

Increasingly I'm finding ECP etc pretty useless and Autodoc takes forever to arrive, where do people pick these kind of things up these days?

Cheers, Alan

Local motor factors, ebay - for ebay 'bleed nipples' seems to work better than 'bleed screws' & look for listings for the specific vehicle as there are different sizes.

Google 'brake bleed screws' & you'll get umpteen pages of suppliers!

Don't know if Halfords stock them.

If you want brake bleed nipples, I'd say HEL

£3.50 each (delivered), stainless. You just need to know the size.

I usually get odds and sods like this on eBay. For brake parts have a look at the BiggRed shop - everything I've ordered has been delivered next day from them.
