What happened to Thome Yorke of Radiohead???

So I first became introduced to the band Radiohead when OK Computer came out, at age 27 he looked like this:

I followed their work it was a good off-beat alternative rock music band which is the style of many I like...

He was on Glastonbury 2017 at 49 years, did a GREAT show, however, he looked like this:

Now at the age of just 54 he looks like this in a very recent video looking WAY older than he should do for his age, I know musicians lives often don't end well ramming as much drugs as possible through their bodies but erm when he looks remarkably older than my 70 year Dad...:

Hard to tell unless you've other pictures of him over the years with a bald head and well shaved, hair makes a massive difference

Like all musicians (and many others) he's had a tough time recently as collateral damage from the lockdowns. He's also suffered from anxiety and depression, and lost his wife (ex) to cancer. These things, and of course ageing, take their toll.

I’d say the long hair and beard don’t help, I’ll let you know if he’s got a hair cut as seeing him perform next week!.
He doesn’t strike me as the sort of person to be overly concerned with staying young looking to be fair.

I don't think he's been too secretive about using drugs in the past - perhaps it's that, alcohol and the death of his former partner that has led to some early ageing.

He remarried back in 2020 since the death of his ex-wife in 2016. I think it's just his hair and beard that makes him look a lot older than he is.

Was about 20 feet from him last night, maybe it’s just the camera because he didn’t look particularly old, Jonny Greenwood definitely doesn’t look 50 though.

Lucky you. I thought about trying to buy a ticket but couldn't really be arsed to trek out to the east end of London. And then I see all the pictures and videos and wish I was there.

I don’t want to fill you with regret or anything but it was well worth the trek, the new songs are great and some are more rock focussed to a degree, it felt pretty special being that close watching them perform.
