There is an independant in Penarth called RS porsche, the owner being an ex OPC head mechanic,.
I have not used him yet myself as only just got the car but have been given a good report from a friend who takes his Porsche there for servicing and repairs.
I have spoken to him, and he seems quite an approachable person, his name is Dave.
