Hi I was wondering what current thoughts are on the best / most readily available tyres?

I’m probably due a change and despite loads of tread the fronts are 9 years old and the rears 8. Currently have Bridgestone Potenza. 205 55 r15 on the front and Bridgestone SO-2’s 225 50 r16 on the rear. So far I’ve been very happy with the ride, handling and grip (when warm and dry). I presume V rated tyres are thought ok ?
