spark plug choice on mongrel engine

car started off 9.5:1 compression carb engine
ive then fitted a block from a car thats 100cc more so 1400 vs 1300 , same comp ratio
then fuel injection parts from a engine that was higher compression 10:1 , mpi , slightly wilder cam
all 3 of those engines used a different plug , which should i look at using or no matter if theyre burning clean /no melting ?
