Cheers folks!
I've had the 'girls car' dig, but that from a Mondeo owner, so I'll live
Went to have a look at a Basalt black in the flesh yesterday, and it just confirmed that the del date cant come soon enough ;-)
Great choice!
I've just bought a 2.7 in Seal Grey, to get the best out of the car make sure you "stir" the gears.
It truly is a great car!
All the best

Yep 200 thousand miles indeed (335.000 KM).
All on one engine and only two breakdowns when the V-belt failed due to the airco's "v-wheel" coming of.
On top of normal service items I replaced the fuelpump, and the variocams and had the starter overhauled.
If this then qualifies as a strong engine, yes I think so.

Well,
now I'm getting the Boxster, the mrs thinks we should sell her MR2 (MK2) and get something 'sensible' as I've had nothing but good experience with BMW's (bar the t
t in the P.O van totalling my beloved M3) I think it'll be another BM
If I could find the right one at the right price id love to get her another E36 M3
