Emergency Spark plug leads

Hi guys,

I know this is a long shot, but do any of you know if you can use any other cars spark plug leads on a Tuscan. Need one ASAP!!! Got a crack on number 4's sleeving causing a miss fire and finding it immposible to source one from close to me(Cardiff).

Really need to impress tonight, unfortunately my rover just doesn't cut it like the Tuscan.

I would have thought any decent HT lead would do as long as it is the right length and has the right type of connection at each end.
