Access Audi connect 10 digit number

Hi I bought a 2020 A6 from an independent dealer. How to I get the 10 digit number to renew the online service?

Can it be done online or is it a trip to an Audi dealer so source.

My online services packed up, I had to call Audi online to get them to re-enable it, they told me the numbers don’t work anymore and they have to do it. I had to enable the camera in my phone and show them my passport to prove who I was.

The vast majority of the time the code cards are discarded after use, when they can in fact be reused.
