Best PS5 Online Co-op Games

My mate and I quite fancy doing some online play with our PS5s. We're not committed enough to play shooty shoot with the big boys (i.e. the kids and unemployed who do nothing else), but we fancy some online cooperative type games.
He's got 'It takes two', which has a free second player version, that we're going to start off with, and we've discussed GTA V when the PS5 version is released, but I wondered if the PH Massive had any suggestions of other online two player co-op games?

A little old now, but a good (if predictable) story, lots of random things to do along the way, such as pushups (mash that button like it’s 1980’s 8-bit!), balancing a wheelchair, (62 seconds in case you’re competitive) and takes around 10h to run through.
You then need to do it all again of course as the other character & try the different decision trees along the way.
A mate & I look specifically for co-op games, and that was our pick of things we did last year. We’re currently working our way through Portal2, and have Human: Fall Flat for after that. Green Hell tentatively lined up for later in the year.

Fallout 76 has developed into a good online co-op game, you can be on a team up to 4 people. There's options to play on private teams (you and your mate) on a public server, be part of a public team on a public server or with a 1st membership you can have your own private server.
It's a mix of quest and non linear explorative stuff. A big part of the game now is camp building too which takes up lots of time but is enjoyable once you see the end result!
