G05 X5 unlocking issue ?

had a few times where the remote fob's don't work to open the doors.
Both keys have exhibited this fault, at different times.
first time it happened it took about 3-4 mins before the doors unlocked, same time on next time
Anyone else had this problem ?
PM'd the BMW dealer but not had a response yet
