The Doctor was given the His least Favorite GP on a plate, and kept his promise of never letting him win while his still racing since there little :punch:
Hayden unlucky too, was looking good until the red flag.

I wish Sete would quit, he's such a sour faced *rsehole that really brings down what is generally an amenable paddock, rostrum and interviews. It's not even entertaining, only fit for a "when's he going to cry" sweepstake. He's talented and is an entertaining racer and, if he wasn't such a moody t*sser, could really be up there. Why doesn't he get his head sorted out or p*ss off.

Anyone see Rossi's impression of Sete shortly before going on to the rostrum?

Rossi has messed with Sete's head so much that Sete is doubting his own ability. I think Rossi is a genius but he needs competetion, maybe Hayden might be the one?

I'd like to see Nakano on a good bike. He's a class act. Next year Pedrosa will have a factory RCV that might be interesting!

I wouldn't be too gutted if I was Sete. He's paid millions to ride a factory Honda and his girlfriend is one of the world's most beautiful women. My heart bleeds...

I think Melandri will emerge as the best challenger next year - he certainly has the speed, if not (yet) the mental strength and consistency...

Exactly.

Definitely.

I think Edwards still has some speed and consistency to find too although I'll admit to wanting him to do well.

How hard is Checa though... 125mph highside and subsequent slide down the road, gets up, gets a lift back to the pits, get on 2nd bike, sets fastest lap of qualifying to that point. Unbelievable.

I love motogp and don't believe there's anything to touch it in terms of entertainment. I also have to say that the commentary on british eurosport is utterly superb too.

Thank for tivo though, otherwise I'd have to get up at all hours

Did anybody else spot Rossi's gesture skyward in Parc Ferme?

He was just unfurling the flag, to make sure the TV cameras got the full view, when he touched his leathers just over his heart, and lifted his finger to the sky. It was very quick, if you'd blinked, you'd have missed it.

Very touching. The man went even higher in my book, with that. Having got Mikes autograph in my Suzuki "safe riding" booklet, I feel I now have to get Valentinos on the same page.
