Never thought we would see that happen.

Just seen Camilla on the news. She's looking old.
In the unlikely event that the Queen ever dies (She looks invincible) Camilla will have about 5 years left before she's on a pathway in a nursing home.
I reckon that Charles will have a heart attack with shock if he ever becomes king.

Queen Consort.
Does anyone care?
No. They are an irrelevance. Does anyone care?
I expect you’re more of an irrelevance

Good news, she’ll be good.
I am as relevant as any other ordinary citizen, sorry, subject.
The modern monarchy is just a toothless fairy tale soap opera, with apparently arbitrary rules and protocols.
I find it truly strange that so many self professed royalists are against her being Queen consort when the time comes given their stance on traditions etc. I wonder how they will handle the fact Frau Windsor has decreed it
The wife of a king in the United Kingdom has always been a Queen consort with (as far as I can find) no precedent for anything else. They claim they love the tradition that a monarchy brings, that it stands for Britain (whatever the hell they mean by that) etc etc, but they aren't prepared to accept The Wife of the next King as his queen. Nutjobs the lot of them, Probably the same cap doffing idiots who were going about saying stuff about Diana being queen of hearts and other such nauseating bilge.
Get rid of the lot of them I say. Sorry,... I mean gawd bless yer ma'am.

As the wife of a British King, why SHOULDNT she have the title queen? There don't seem to be any crazy religious reasons why not regarding divorce (seeing as the monarch is head of the church). Is it just that you don't like her very much? As I pointed out in a previous post, there is no precedent for a Kings wife in the UK being called princess consort rather than queen consort.
I have no opinion about her either way, i think it's well past time for the monarchy to go, but that isn't about to happen, Why the fuss about this? I see no issue with her being given the courtesy title 'Queen consort' and being known as queen.
It simply doesn't matter.
Surely if you are monarchy fans then you should be agreeing with Frau Windsor and cheering all this on should you not? I would have thought you would be more interested in what their regnal names might be. Doesn't Charles want to be known as George VII?
