Custom Built Caravan Questions / Issues

I have seen a custom built caravan that I'm interested in buying

I have very little caravan knowledge hence this post

Essentially it has been built to also carry a motorcycle but is in every other way a standard caravan - just with a big door in the end

It has the usual bathroom cooker fridge etc

My first thought is regarding insurance - will it be a nightmare to insure ?

What other questions should I ask the seller ?

He says it's watertight

I can't help with advice, but it sounds interesting. I've been looking at caravans which can also carry a motorcycle, but choices are limited.

I've seen the Knaus sport and fun and Knaus deseo. Can you post a few photos of the the van, whether you buy it or not.

This was it - I think it was cheap but it was 3hrs away from me and he answered questions with single word answers and wouldn't give me his phone no. so I suspected he was hiding something
