meta alarms

has anyone else got a meta alarm system for ther cerb? mine seems to decide when it wants to disarm and let me in. sometimes the internal door lock button flashes and the key fob cant overide it, making life very difficult.any similar experiences?

I've had problems with the car locking me in /out.

I unplug the cables into the Central Locking Controller in the boot (usually held in place with Velcro to the top of the fuel tank). There are two connector blocks - just unplug the two cable connector (red and black wires) for a few seconds to reset the unit.

It might solve your problems. Else disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the system.

try bell hill garage(www.bellhillgarage.co.uk), i bought a complete setup from them when i lost both the key fobs,
fitting is a doddle just unplug old plug in new.
