Dublin - birthday weekend ideas?

Well it's my Dad's 60th in Nov and he's planning a 4 day trip to Dublin for his close friends and both of us sons. Should be between 8 & 10 of us, aged between early 30's and 60 - but all up for a good time (but it's not a stag trip!!!).
Any ideas re intersting things to do in around Dublin?

Check out the Guinness factory, its about 14 Euros but well worth it!!
You also get a free pint when you get to the top of the building. Its a round bar surrounded by glass you get a great view of Dublin.
Be warned to take plenty of cash, I went over last week for the BTCC & the pubs in Temple Bar are very, very expensive.
