Donington Park - BARC Champtionship
Discussion
To live up to my reputation, had to be the first to start a topic after the event :D
Off for some Pizza now!
A few photos will be online shortly from today.
If anyone can contact Chris in the Dark Blue Chim (non pistonheader) and tell him Thanks for the Ride!
Was trying to catch up with him, but he'd gone by the end of the TVRCC Challenge Cup.

Yeah will hopefully see you at Silverstone...
Where is it you're staying? Know of many places... think we will probably come for both days aswell.
You've inspired me to look for a Digi SLR camera now... just looking on eBay
... Might rake some uncle-dave profits in and buy one!

Staying at a travelodge near northampton,
couldn't get into the one at silverstone, type travelodge silverstone into your search engine,it's the one 8.2 miles away. The camera is a old minolta 700i (film) but takes superb photos, I cant afford optimax and a digi slr camera as well. Have you still got the tvr grin on? Nice to meet all you guy's that went.

Yep still got the

Might pick up a cheapish digital SLR.. make it easier to edit/transfer photos around the computer and internet.
I'll have a look through these travelodges.. cheap enough just for the one night..
If you are still having probs with the cameras/mp3s drop me an email might be down your direction soon

I'll post photos from Donington tomorrow morning... uncle-dave is still offline

Dave.
A good day's racing I thought. First time I've seen the TVRCC series. Really needs some more entries (although you don't need to be Einstein to work that one out!) to make it work well on it's own. There must be loads of Tasmins and Tuscans out there gathering dust. (Sorry if I'm covering old ground here). Graham's car looked pretty cool though.
Thought the rest of the racing was entertaining, especially the Mazdas, Caterhams and the 2CVs which were brilliant!!
A few pics from the day.
And a couple from the crash-fest that was Caterham Graduate racing...
BTW, did anyone else think the commentator was Alan Partridge? AAARRRGGHH!!! Or should that be AhHa?

Brilliant Pics!!
Always at the scene of the accident, maybe youre a jinx?
I would also like to say how nice it was to meet many of you and I really enjoyed the racing. Unlucky to Steve who romped off with it ( unsurprisingly, bearing in mind what was under the bonnet), and very well done to Marc who did a great job of scuppering the chances of the BMW winning the TVR race with a superb piece of racing!!
Great day out, if you werent there then you should go and support, its well worth it and a hell of a lot more fun than sitting in front of the box watching the grand prix.
