Registering a cryptocurrency company in BVI for an IDO

Just wanted to put the feelers out and see if anyone can offer some insight/steps as to registering a company in the British Virgin Islands to conclude an ICO (cryptocurrency)

Does anyone has any experience with this? Problems to anticipate or things to avoid?
