Fun sports/Sporty car for the road ?

Hi guys,

It’s that time to add a fun Car to the garage, got a Q7 as a family car, so that’s all the practical stuff done,
I live in a small island, so don’t think 400-500 bhp is going to be that fun,

I’m looking for a modernish short gear ratio Manual with something that sounds goods, preferably with 4 seats (not really important, but would be nice to have them)

I say short geared manual because I’ve always lusted over a Porsche Cayman until I tried a 987 Cayman S, but found the gear ratios tooo long for the Road,,

Any recommendations??

I've been looking for the equivalent of a 4 seat MX5 for years

Many say it's the GT86 - except the back seats are useless, the clutch is awful, the throttle is terrible and the steering doesn't have much feel

Perhaps something like an m235/m240i in manual guise?

I agree the RX8 is a good option if you hunt around you can find a nice one.
