Family SUV or Estate -£350 pcm

Hi all, looking to get rid of the current golf and pick up a SUV or decent size estate. Budget is quite fixed at £350 per month and would have £2500 deposit. Would prefer a payment nearer £300.
Probably look at a PCP, and I guess on a new vehicle with deposit contribution and better finance rates would make sense. Would consider a lease.
Do 8-10k per year.
