CLS63 a/brake - won't start

I have CLS63 which was parked for a good few days... started okay and then i engaged it in D and it immediately stalled.
Tried recharging/replacing the battery but it won't crank.
I then tried the gear lever to engage to N (for towing) but it won't do that either (see attached video).
Any thoughts or suggestions as I'm totally puzzled?

Sounds very much like a EIS module issue. Common on this era of Mercedes.
Symptoms are usually no response when turning the key then working on second attempt, and sometimes stalling just after starting. My GL had been doing this maybe once a month or so for about a year, then one day it was completely dead for a good 20 minutes, stranded at the local recycling centre. Finally fired up and drove home. Got it fixed after that!
Sent mine to Fobfix, £99 to repair. Sent Tuesday lunch arrived back fixed on Friday morning no issues since.

As per the video shared above, it won't crank and it won't engage in neutral.
I tried closing doors/bonnet/boot lid but (Still) nothing.
Totally puzzled!
