Recently received a letter from ReAssure saying that L and G have recently transferred its traditional insurance based saving, pensions, life and with profits business to ReAssure which included my terminated polices. This would have been 15 years when l cashed in my pension and bought an annuity along with taking a lump sum.
They are now saying that prior to transfer L and G completed a review of their products and an error occurred when calculating the final value of my policy which resulted in an underpayment.
This l assume will result in a payment to me. Anybody aware of, or in a similar position and should l get a new 911 on order

If Reassure are paying you, the delivery time for a 911 and response from Reassure are about the same. I'm currently in the process of transferring my pension to Vanguard (it was transferred to Reassure from my previous provider) they are useless. Phoning takes an hour, the transfer has stalled because they can't "match" my details to my policy (although they can't tell me what the issue is!)..

I'd send you an e mail if you permitted this (you don't).

My statement should tell you what I think about ReAssure, their administration capabilities, and their complaints handling processes.
